Selling Your Home Using Equity Split

If you have substantial equity in your home, an Equity Split purchase allows you to sell your property to us using your current mortgage. We will pay your current back payments on the mortgage, give you a substantial 'buy out' payment and take over the payments on your current loan. This is the best 'win-win' solution since your bank gets its payments, you get cash and your credit record will not have any more late payments or foreclosure showing!
